For over two decades, Steve Baum has used university education, extensive research and fitness, sports and medical lectures and seminars to create a system that identifies a client’s strengths and imbalances. This information is used to design training protocols that are intensively individualized. By staying on the cutting edge of nutrition and exercise science, he ensures that his clients achieve their genetic potential, esthetically as well as athletically. The personalized programs not only deliver optimal results, they often “solve” physical problems that have been unresponsive to other treatment modalities. For example, back pain for a cyclist that was discovered to be the result of hip flexor problems or shoulder pain in a golfer that was caused by a lack of trunk rotation. Often these imbalances are corrected in a few sessions.

Jacque Albus is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, and is currently working towards obtaining her Exercise Coach certification with the C.H.E.K. Institute.  Jacque’s passion for exercise, nutrition and wellness is enhanced by her enthusiasm and her diverse background in physical training.  As a former Special Agent with the FBI, Jacque has undergone intensive training in defensive tactics, boxing, and physical fitness training.  She also received an advanced degree in classical ballet after formal training in London, England.  Jacque uses these experiences to develop dynamic, functional training programs designed to help you reach your goals effectively and efficiently.  These high-energy workouts will not just help you get strong and lean, but also provide a fun way to blast calories and increase your metabolism.
