COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION AND TOTAL

This program is designed to produce maximum performance in your body, both externally as well as internally and includes an exclusive 8-step process prior to program development and implementation:

We begin with Performance Enhancement Therapy, exclusive techniques used to restore balance in your body’s muscular and skeletal system.

Next, we establish your true heart rate training zones, anaerobic threshold and peak VO2, utilizing the Cardio Coach. This information is used to develop training protocols specific to your heart rate response to exercise.

We then determine exactly what types of foods will fuel your body properly. This is accomplished through Metabolic Typing, a method determining your body’s ability to process proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Next, we conduct a Personal Fitness Profile. This provides us with insight into what methods will best motivate you in achieving your goals.

We then perform a comprehensive health, nutrition and exercise history evaluation along with a
thorough discussion of goals. A comprehensive digital posture analysis, as well as body composition testing complete the evaluation.


PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT


We will carefully design your own unique corrective and/or performance exercise program as well as a lifestyle and nutrition program based upon evaluation results.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTION


We will guide you through each specific exercise developed for you. Since these programs may be very comprehensive and unique to each individual we will video tape your first session to ensure proper implementation.

PROGRAM PROGRESSION


Re-Evaluation is highly recommended every 6-8 weeks to ensure goal attainment and to allow for proper program progression. Programs are developed in phases and each phase builds upon the last phase completed.

DETOXIFICATION/REJUVENATION PROGRAM
